Too much T.V

Today, my pandas had all went on a winter outing! When I came home from school, all my pandas were talking about the great adventure they had went on! They were all sipping bamboo cocoa by the fire, just lounging around after their big trip!

I was going to congratulate them on how much fun they had had, but then Oreo tapped me on the foot!

“What is it?” I asked her. She almost looked distressed, and as you know I don’t like it when my pandas are troubled!

“Tad has been glued to the T.V. all day!” Oreo exclaimed leading me upstairs to the old T.V in my dad’s room. Right when I got up there, I saw Tad! He was sitting on top of the television, watching T.V! Right when I entered the room, I cleared my throat grabbing the panda’s attention. He looked up at me, a nervous expression spread all over his face!

“Were you in here all day!?!” I asked disapprovingly. I hoped he had not missed the winter outing because of some stupid electronic! Tad just sighed, nodding his head. I couldn’t believe this!

“Did you miss the winter outing too?” I asked hoping that was not the case.

“Yep!” Oreo shouted scrambling closer to the television. Tad just looked back at the T.V. screen. I couldn’t believe it! None of my pandas have ever been that stuck to the T.V!

I went over to Tad and lifted him off of the top of the T.V.

BUT HE WAS STUCK!

I gasped! He was quite literally glued to the television! I kept trying to pull him off but he wouldn’t move!

“I accidentally broke a piece off of the top of the T.V. and I tried to fix it by using Super Glue I found in the DO NOT TOUCH bin! I accidently got it all over the place and sat in it without knowing! I called Oreo for help, but even she couldn’t get me unstuck!” Tad explained trying to shift around. He must have been horribly uncomfortable!

So in the end, I had asked Ching if I could borrow his anti- stick paste and I got poor Tad unstuck. He was sad that he had missed the winter outing, but apparently he discovered this great show that he could not stop talking about! I have to look it up now because it actually sounded pretty good!

PANDA UPDATE!!!!

FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, US PANDAS HERE HAVE A LOT GOING ON ! HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENING…

To start, December first my pandas have planned a wonderful winter outing while I’m at school (to celebrate the coming of winter and the departure of fall). Mama panda will be making sure all my pandas are safe, so I have nothing to worry about!

December 10th is no panda school! All my pandas have a day off to do whatever they want! Of course, I will be at school that day, so, once again Mama panda will be in charge. My pandas’ love “days off”! They will most likely make a mess that I will have to clean, but that happens when you give pandas a day off!

December 14 is actually a big day for my panda Roley Panda! He’s going into surgery to have a bouncy ball removed. He accidentally swallowed one when I wasn’t looking. So for the next couple of days after the 14th we will be spending time making sure Roley Panda is all right. Hopefully, I will be able to post some updates for you, but I’m not sure how busy I will be with poor Roley Panda!

December 22 is the day my pandas are going to have a wonderful Christmas party! I’ll will probably be invited but I’m not so sure actually. All my pandas have received the invitations, except for me! Maybe my letter just got lost in the mail! Anyways, the party is supposed to be super fun with lots of games!

Obviously, the 24th is Christmas eve and we’re all very excited for that day! My pandas absolutely love Christmas! And then, of course, the 25th is Christmas day! We’re all SUPER excited for that! It’s a very fun day giving gifts to your family and friends (and receiving gifts).

The 31st here is our New Years Eve party! I have been planning a grand party for them and I hope they really like it! Previous years I have hosted this New Years Eve party all my pandas loved it, so I can’t imagine why this year would be any different!

Today, nothing much is happening. All my pandas are going to bed soon (in an hour to be exact) and right now, they are all snuggled up in my room just hanging around. At the moment, I have Little Bamboo and Ring Ring helping me (Ring Ring is a panda you haven’t seen yet).

Someone’s had too much sugar!

Normally, I don’t let my pandas drink coke or have too much sugar, but one day I was feeling kind. I told them they could have an “End of Fall” picnic and during the picnic they could eat/drink whatever they wanted. All my pandas loved this idea, so they got started on the picnic right away!

So the day of the picnic, everything was beautifully set up and all my pandas were coming! My panda, Chef, was the one to bring all the food! He decided to bring bamboo cakes, bamboo tea, bamboo everything! But to drink was one of my pandas’ favourite drinks… Ginger ale! This was quite a treat for my pandas because too much Ginger ale for a panda can make a panda really hipper! So normally, I don’t let them drink this fantastic beverage. But once again, I was feeling kind, and I let them!

The picnic lasted about four hours and every one was having a great time! Of course, the 100 cans of Ginger ale I bought were all gone in a minute, but that was alright! At the end of the picnic all my pandas went to bed early so I finally got some alone time.

It was the next day when I realized something was off. My dad had complained that there was no more Ginger ale left in the house! I thought this was strange because we had enough Ginger ale the day before, where had it all dissapeared to in one night? I immediately though of my pandas! So after an hour of interrogating my innocent pandas, I had discovered that none of them had done anything. Well, that was except for Santa Panda! He’s one of my newer pandas, and he’s usually always by my side. Recently, he has become great friends with Ching, Loue, and Little Bamboo, my little trouble makers!

I immediately went to go hunt the four down! I suspected that they were the ones drinking all the Ginger ale! Finally, I found them hiding out in the upstairs washroom, all snuggled up in the tub. Around them were a bunch of empty Ginger ale cans!

“Bad pandas!” I shouted at them! They looked up and me and sighed. They just wanted to have some fun!

So in the end, my little pandas got off with only a small punishment. I let all my pandas have some extra Ginger ale and the four trouble makers had to do extra panda school work!

Summer starts!

Summer has started and all my pandas are very excited! I’m really prepared for some fun in the sun and so are most of my other pandas. Well, when I say most of my pandas I mean every single panda I have is ready for summer except for Keai. He doesn’t like getting hot and sweaty and he actually likes school.

So when school ended and the heat started, you can imagine how unhappy Keai was. And even when I do get Keai outside he is coated in sunscreen and has like 65 hats on!

Monday was the day all the pandas were going to the beach to play. All of them were going except for, of course Keai, and well Oreo but that’s a completely different story to tell you later. Anyways, all the pandas had begged Keai to go. They had come up with multiple reasons for him to go:

1. he could read on the beach

2. it would be nice to get out of the house for a little bit

3. there was nothing to be afraid of except for seagulls

4. he could do math equations on the beach

5. swimming would take his mind off summer

So, as you see, my pandas tried very hard for Keai to come to the beach with them. But Keai was just not coming. All the pandas had packed their towels and swim suits and were leaving now when suddenly, Keai tapped me for my attention and I looked at him.

“Can I go too?” he asked.

I smiled and nodded “sure, go right ahead,” and so he grabbed his book and ran out the door to catch up with the other pandas.

Just as I closed the door after him, I could hear all the other pandas cheering as he ran after them. So I guess summer isn’t that bad for Keai after all.

UNKNOWN CREATURES!!!!!

A couple months ago, I published my very own book called Unknown Creatures! It is about mythical creatures called Inlings. Inlings have been long forgotten by humans and they are small, green creatures that can jump very high and very far. They are only 5cm tall and are very curious and smart (most of the times).

My book is about an Inling, new to the Inling world. Her name is Cardinal. Life is going good for Cardinal until she realizes that she and her mentor, Dawn, are being hunted down by the Inling council, their beloved leaders!

Together they embark on an epic journey (which is also very dangerous) where they must make difficult choices in order to survive.

My book can be found on Amazon.com. It is filled with adventure, humor, and fun! So don’t be afraid to go check it out (it’s really good). And, don’t worry, all my pandas approve of Unknown Creatures!

Christmas Pandas!!!!!

More fun during teh holidays 1-2-2015 001

For Christmas, I got 3 new pandas! The tallest one in that picture is Keai, he was given to me by Santa Claus, the one in front of Keai is Tad, he was in my stocking (by the way, Tad has ADORABLY huge feet!), and beside Keai is Pom Pom, given to me by my grandma.

They all had a wonderful Christmas (so did I) and they are all glad to be here, in my house. They also said that they were very excited to be in my blog. I’m just hoping they won’t be trouble makers like my many other pandas. Now if you excuse me I have to go get Ching and Loue off of the lamp!

Christmas troubles

Two days before Christmas, my pandas started having a fight on where we would go for the holidays. You see, since Snoops is a travel agent we always have reserved seats on fancy planes that nobody uses because they are so expensive. This means on Christmas we can make a quick escape to wherever we want. Lum lum wanted to go to Hawaii, Ching and Loue wanted to visit Australia, Pandy wanted to see China again, Lili was desperate to go to the Grand Canyon, and… well you get the idea. I personally wanted to just stay home and relax for the holidays but all my pandas disagreed with that. Well, that is except for Hospital panda and Kramig (he celebrates Hanukkah).  Hospital panda really wanted to just stay home too.

Later that day, I came downstairs to see Hospital panda and Lum lum fighting. They shouted and hissed (even though I thought pandas couldn’t do that) until I shouted at them to stop. “What is going on with you?!?” I said. Lum lum and Hospital panda looked sadly up at me. “I want to go to Hawaii, but Hospital panda said that we are going no where for Christmas and…” Lum lum paused what he was saying and shrugged sadly. Hospital panda continued for him. “And we started fighting so hard that we broke some presents.” I paused for a moment. The presents? I looked down to see a messed up soap bar on the group with a bow on it. “Was one of the presents a soap bar?” I asked. Lum lum turned to Hospital panda and Hospital panda shrugged. “It was for Mountain.”

Five minutes later I called a panda meeting in my room. “I have finally decided what we are going to do for Christmas. After a long time of difficult thinking, I have decided that we will be staying home for Christmas-” I was cut off by the sound of pandas groaning. I glared at them all and continued “But, on New Years day I am allowing you all to visit the place of your choice using the two presents I am going to give you all. Choose wisely where you want to go because this might be you’re only chance to leave and miss nothing exciting.” Suddenly, all my pandas started cheering and I felt very happy. “Now, there is a cup of bamboo cocoa on the table for all of you. Go and enjoy.” My wonderful pandas noisily ran downstairs to drink their bamboo cocoa. Only Hospital panda and Lum lum were left. “So… what did you get us?” Lum lum asked excitedly. I got them a remote control car and helicopter that I didn’t really use any more but no way was I going to tell Lum lum that. “You’ll see on Christmas morning. Now go before I take them away.” I said almost strictly… almost. Hospital panda and I watched Lum lum scurry downstairs until he was out of sight. “Thank you. But are you going any where for New Years day?” He asked me innocently. I shook my head and smiled. “I want to stay here for New Years day.” I replied. That was really a lie. I would really like to go to Hawaii or China but I wouldn’t be able to fit in a tiny car or helicopter. Hospital panda scurried downstairs and I followed.

I wondered where Hospital panda was going to go, but I didn’t bother asking. I was going to find out soon enough.

Mountain needs a seriously good bath!

The other day my panda Mountain was sitting on my bed reading. As I walked into the room, a horrible stench washed over me and I was forced to plug my nose. “WOW! That is strong!” I shouted. My head turned towards a corner in my room filled with terrified pandas. They were all huddled together. “That’s it, Mountain! You need a bath!” Sadly, right when I finished saying that, Mountain jumped off of my bed and ran away. “Stop!” All my pandas screamed but none of them actually moved. I hope this was because Mountain smelled really bad, not because they were lazy. After I took a small second to glare at them I ran after Mountain as fast as I could. He REALLY needed a bath. I ran downstairs, jumped over the mess on the ground, ran down the hall (making sure I avoided the Christmas tree), then into the dining room. I had finally pinned Mountain down. Unfortunately, at the last second he jumped over my head and hid in a place where I couldn’t find him. “MOUNTAIN!” I shouted. “YOU NEED A BATH!”

At this point I was really starting to panic! There was only thirty minutes until dinner and if I didn’t find Mountain now, I never was. I looked around for a moment before realizing the cabinet drawer was shaking. I opened it up to find poor little Lum lum shivering in fear. He looked up at me and pointed his finger at the table. I carefully picked Lum lum out of the wooden drawer and grabbed something from under the table. It was Mountain! I ran upstairs and threw him into the bath tub. Immediately, I turned on the tap and started scrubbing him with soap.

Ten minutes later my mom shouted at me it was time for dinner. I plucked Mountain out of the bath to realize that he still stunk! That was it I thought. Mountain’s stench was so strong that it was impossible to get rid of. I sighed and plopped him back into the tub.

Then it hit me!

I grabbed onto Mountain, ran downstairs, and quickly tossed Mountain into the laundry machine with a bunch of other clothing. “Mom, am I allowed to start the washing machine?” I was answered with “yes if you have to.”  That was all I needed. I slammed the washing machine door shut, only to open it back up again. “You’ll need these.” I said handing Mountain an empty pillow case and a snorkeler. Mountain sighed and I closed the door once again. Then, with the press of two buttons, I started the machine. Mountain put himself in the empty pillow case and started breathing through the snorkeler.

I had finally beaten the stench!

Chacha HATES summer!

Chacha, my solar powered dancing panda just hates summer! Did you know that? I didn’t. The other day I asked him if he was excited for summer and he said no! Then he told me how much he hates summer! Of course I just had to ask why he hates summer so much. This is what he told me:

“I don’t like summer because it’s always so bright and sunny. And since you leave the window open the light shines on me. And do you know what that means? Huh? It means that I have to dance as long as the sun is on me! In winter you never have the window open and when you do have the window open, the sun is never out! So whenever it’s summer I have to work longer and harder! You know why? BECAUSE I’M SOLAR POWERED!”

I know where he’s coming from. In the winter I have school. Same with spring and fall. School means I have to work and summer is the only time that I get a two month brake from school. And then the cycle goes on and on. Chacha nodded in agreement when I told him this. Sometimes I feel bad for him. So when I got another solar powered dancing panda, I knew Chacha was going to be a lot more happier! Mainly because he has someone who does the same thing as him. I call my other solar powered dancing panda Hula. Anyways, from now on whenever it’s summer I try to keep the window closed! (For Hula and Chachas sake!)

Why Cuddles is glad panda school is almost over!

One day, I walked up to one of my pandas named Cuddles. I flopped on the same bed he was on, and started to talk. I asked him if he was excited for panda school to end. Cuddles looked over at me. “OF COURSE!” He shouted. I smiled “Same here, why are you excited for school to end?” I asked him. Cuddles gave me 10 reasons why he’s excited for school to end:

1. He gets to sleep in

2. He won’t have any more homework to do

3. No more tests

4. He’ll get more him time

5. He gets to relax more

6. Cuddles won’t have to brush his fur everyday

7. He gets to go to bed later

8. More time to play outside

9. More time to watch TV

10. He’s able to visit the pandas at the Toronto zoo more often

Plus, he said the stress of school is a lot on a small panda like him. That and he always gets in trouble for talking to friends. I had to agree with him. Especially with his list and all. But I have to say I really agree with number 5! School takes up a lot of time! With all the projects, homework, and studying, I’ve hardly have any time to blog! It’s only really today that I’m off of school because I got my braces tighten… and a tooth pulled that I get to blog. I’m trying to catch up on all my stories if you’re wondering why I’m doing so many posts in one day. Anyways, Cuddles had to cut our conversation short because he had a math test to study for. And we all know how bad Cuddles is at math. So I said goodbye and walked off all bored again! See what school causes? BOREDOM!
